Anti-oxLDL-B2GP1 IgM The anti-oxLDL-B2GP1 IgM antibody ELISA test kit is for the detection of IgM antibodies to complexes formed by oxidized low-density lipoprotein (oxLDL) with Beta 2 glycoprotein 1 (B2GP1) in human serum or plasma. Antibodies to oxLDL-B2GP1 may be used as an aid in the serologic risk assessment for arterial thrombosis and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease in individuals with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and lupus-like disorders such as antiphospholipid syndrome (APS).
oxLDL-B2GP1 Antigen Complex The oxLDL-B2GP1 Antigen Complex ELISA test kit detects circulating complex formed by the interaction of oxidized low density lipoprotein cholesterol (oxLDL) with Beta 2 glycoprotein 1 (B2GP1) in human serum or plasma. The oxLDL-B2GP1 complex may be used as an aid in the serologic risk assessment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease in individuals with systemic autoimmune diseases such as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE); Systemic Sclerosis (SSc); Lupus-Like Disorders; and type-2 Diabetes Mellitus . |
