 SPOT STEPS

Place the SMART-SPT Device into an incubation tray channel

 

Add the diluted specimen.

 

Incubate for 30 Minutes at RT

 

WASH

Add 2ml Conjugate-1 to all channels with devices

 

Incubate for 20 Minutes at RT

 

WASH

Add 2ml Chromogen to all channels with devices

 

Incubate for 5 Minutes at RT

Remove the SMART-SPT Device and rinse with the wash buffer to stop the reaction

 

Place the device on a paper towel to dry for at least 30 minutes

 

Read visually within 48 hours

Add 2ml Conjugate-2 to all channels with devices

 

Incubate for 10 Minutes at RT

 

WASH
