Our  FDA cleared human diagnostic products are manufactured to meet the needs of the often overlooked, but clinically significant, esoteric testing arena.  We offer ELISA test kits for Anti-Phospholipid analysis (anti-Cardiolipin; anti-Phosphatidylserine; anti-Beta-2 Glycoprotein-1; anti-oxLDL-B2GP1; and anti-Prothrombin Antibody); Autoimmune (anti-dsDNA; ANA ELISA; anti-Jo1; anti-SSA; anti-SSB; anti-Mitochondria; anti-RNP; anti-Scl-70, anti-Centromere; anti-Sm; and anti-MPO / anti-PR3); Hemostasis (von Willebrand Factor Antigen, von Willebrand Factor Activity, Protein-C Antigen, Protein-S Antigen, Monoclonal Free Protein-S Antigen; and Platelet Function Assay (urine based aspirin effectiveness).  We also offer stool based ELISA antigen detection kits for C. difficile Toxin A+B; Cryptosporidium; and Giardia;  In addition, we also offer a stool based antigen detection DFA test for the simultaneous detection of Cryptosporidium and Giardia .

 

We have just launched our line of human research products: the QnE (Quick ’n Easy) product line.  Our initial offering includes kits for RNA purification from serum, plasma and whole blood; DNA purification from serum, plasma and whole blood; quantitative telomerase detection; viral nucleic acid release; detection of HIV-1 p24 determinants; HIV-1 integrase; and streptavidin coated microplates.  In addition, we now offer a research use Hyaluronic Acid ELISA kit for both human and veterinary applications.

 

Biotech Trading Partners has also developed and released its own product line: the SMART program. This line is dedicated to products for Sentinel Mouse And Rat Test serology, bringing the accuracy and ease-of-use of human diagnostics to veterinary research. Also available is the next generation in Sentinel Panel Testing: SMART-SPT. This assay will give discreet results, in under 70 minutes, for EDIM, MHV, MPUL, MPV, MVM, PVM, REO-3, Sendai, and TMEV (GDVII) in mouse serum without the need for specialized equipment or training. The expanded mouse panel assay which will give discreet results for CPIL, Ectromelia, LCM, Hantaan, Mouse Adenovirus, and MCMV. The SMART-SPT program has expanded to include  the basic Rat profile giving discreet results for KRV, MPUL, PVM, RCV/SDAV, REO-3, RPV, Sendai, and TMEV (GDVII).

 

Recently introduced is our PRIMATE-ONE product line of serology assays designed to allow the end-user to perform Simian B-Virus, Simian Measles, Simian SIV, Simian SRV, and Simian STLV on simian serum.  The PRIMATE-ONE product line consists of three distinctive products: a traditional ELISA; a multiple analyte SPOT assay, and a lateral-flow rapid assay for B-Virus.
